SUMMER FLAG RUGBY Our summer flag rugby programs are in June and July. Kids entering grades K-9 from any town can play One practice during the week Saturday morning flag rugby tournaments with other NJ towns REGISTRATION IS OPEN YOUTH TACKLE RUGBY High School, Under-14, and Under-12 age teams Teams compete in the NJ State League with other NJ teams. FALL FLAG RUGBY Our Fall flag rugby program is in September & October Kids in grades 1-9 from any town can play Each session players will practice skills and play flag rugby games *NEW: Junior Flag Rugby for PreK & Kindergarten* Look out for fall 2026 details |

Flag Rugby is a co-ed, non-contact sport for kids in grades K-9.
Youth Tackle is U12, U14, and U18 for grades 5-12.
New Jersey Rugby runs youth programs in Central New Jersey.
Kids from any town can participate
ALL experience levels welcome. No experience necessary.
