Two young boys playing rugby on a grassy field, one running with a rugby ball and the other chasing behind, with colorful cones set up on the field and trees in the background.

run, pass, score

Flag rugby is co-ed, non-contact version of rugby for kids in grades K-9. It’s very easy to learn and kids do not need any rugby experience to enjoy the sport. Every player gets the chance to run with the ball, pass, score, and be involved in the action. Our program is built around inclusion, teamwork, and fun, with patient and positive coaches who help every player enjoy their time on the field.
